I love Paper Pumpkin! I think it's a great way to get started stampin'.
Paper Pumpkin is Stampin' Up!s monthly subscription kit. A kit arrives at your door every month that you subscribe for. It could be anything but always includes an ink spot, an exclusive stamp set, and all the materials you need to complete a project. It costs $24.95 per month, plus taxes (shipping is included) for a one month subscription. You can purchase 3 month, 6 month, and 12 month subscription packages.
I hold two monthly Paper Pumpkin Parties at my house - one sometime on or before the 10th, and one sometime after the Paper Pumpkin kit arrives, which is usually somewhere around the 17th. If you join up for Paper Pumpkin under me, you will be entitled to join my monthly Paper Pumpkin Parties for free during the duration of your subscription. Bring your kits with you and you will be given free reign of my products to make an additional project using parts from your kit. Non-subscribers may attend for a $10 fee.
Don't live close enough to attend my Paper Pumpkin Parties in person? I'll arrange FaceTime or Skype parties with you and send you supplies to make at least one extra project with your kit each month you are subscribed.
When you sign up for Paper Pumpkin under me you can join my Jac's Paper Pumpkin Patch private Facebook page.
For some extra fun, join the My Pumpkin Challenge. This is not my challenge but a challenge put forward by some other demonstrators. Challenge details can be read here.
Here are the kits that I have received.
In the Bag (received as new demonstrator gift) - made 5 gift bags
Noel (purchased for a new demonstrator class) - made 4 Christmas cards
Simply Snowflake November 2014 - made 5 Christmas cards and 16 tags
All Shook Up December 2014 - made 15 cards, three thank you, three birthday, three hello
Filled with Love January 2015- made 16 valentine treat bags
Layers of Gratitude February 2015 - made 8 accordion fold thank-you cards
I think I'm going to have to give in and subscribe to paper pumpkin. Really like what you are doing with it and maybe it will motivate me. :)
